These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EWAVE AI website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

EWAVE AI provides artificial intelligence consulting, development, and integration services for enterprises. Our services include but are not limited to:

User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:

Specific services provided by EWAVE AI may be subject to additional terms and conditions as set forth in separate service agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EWAVE AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EWAVE AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Termination

Severability
